ChiChi Buff is the daughter of Ox King, a powerful Saiyan warrior who was once a rival of Goku's father, Bardock. ChiChi grew up on Earth, training under her father's guidance to become as strong as possible. She was always fascinated by Goku's incredible power and wanted to test her own strength against him.
